Breast cancer surviver invents sunflower seed container

Emma Arzola had breast cancer and had to undergo chemotherapy. She was eating sunflower seeds during this period. While eating this, she suddenly had an idea: She didn’t like the container from which she was eating the sunflower seeds – so how about making a container that makes the seeds easier to eat?

She had to struggle for around three months, but finally, she did it. She designed a container – well, actually, two containers meshed together. So, if you are using it, you can take the seeds out from the bottom, and then, discard the shells in the top part.

Her breast cancer went into remission in 2007, and now, she is looking for a buyer for this product. She has filed for a patent, and expect to get one as early as 2010.

And she has asked anyone interested to contact her at emmaarzola2007 at yahoo dot com.
